Ratings are how Metrobi learns which drivers work well for you.
Where to rate
Open a completed delivery and click on a star from 1 to 5 on the driver's card.
If you give a rating of 2 stars or lower, you get a prompt to ban that driver from your deliveries. Your comment carries over as the reason. See [Banning drivers].
If you give a rating of 4 stars or higher, you get a prompt to add the driver to your preferred drivers, so they get full priority to win your future jobs. See [Selecting preferred drivers].
These ratings act as feedback and will help you get better matches in the future. If there are other notes about your deliveries that you want Metrobi to investigate, see [Reporting an issue].
