Go to Deliveries → Delivery Settings → Delivery preferences.
This tab covers proof of delivery and everything else that shapes how your routes run.
Proof of Delivery preferences
Every stop captures two photos by default:
Delivery photo — a photo of the delivered products.
Street address photo — a photo of the street number, to prove the driver delivered to the correct location.
You need an active support plan to require anything beyond these two. On top of them, you can require:
Receiver's ID — a photo of the receiver's identification.
E-Signature — the receiver signs on the driver's device.
Document — a document you name yourself that the driver photographs. You can also turn on Verify recipient name with AI for it.
A return stop always captures the street address photo, and you can also require a photo of the returned products. Self-managed drivers need to send Proof of Delivery photos is a separate checkbox, if you use your own in-house drivers.
Route completion order
Choose whether drivers can complete stops in any order, or must follow the order you set on the route.
Job description reminder
Sends an SMS to drivers 6 hours before the pickup time, reminding them to read the job description. Choose Off, only for first-time drivers, or every time.
Driver call-out preferences
Automatically bans a driver who cancels less than a set number of hours (1 to 6) before the route starts. Doesn't apply to preferred drivers, and a ban stays until you reinstate the driver manually.
Auto bid discount
Have the driver-facing offer price start below the full price (60-95%) and automatically rise to 100% as the pickup time approaches, instead of posting at full price right away.
Delivery method
Choose whether the driver leaves the product at a safe place and takes a photo, or hands it to the recipient. If you choose hand-over, you also set what happens when the receiver isn't available.
