The processing fee varies depending on your chosen payment method. These fees apply solely to payments made to drivers, as we have completely eliminated processing fees for your Metrobi subscription.
For payments made via ACH, the fee is 0.8%; for credit card payments, the fee is 3%. Please note that Metrobi does not charge these fees; they are levied by Stripe to process the payments (https://stripe.com/pricing).
