Enter your card or ACH for your weekly delivery fees and monthly subscription renewals.
You can use different methods for each of these two charges.
How to add a payment method
Go to Settings → Billing → Payment method, and click Add new payment method.
Card
The first time you're adding a payment method, you will only be able to add a credit or debit card. Type your card number, expiry date, CVC, and ZIP code into the corresponding fields. Check Set as default payment method to mark this card as your default method for future payments.
Bank account (ACH)
After adding at least one credit or debit card, you can now add a bank account (ACH).
You will need to select a verification type: Plaid or manual.
If your bank is supported by Plaid, select ACH. You will be required to sign in to your bank inside the Plaid window. This is the fastest option for ACH verification.
If your bank is not supported by Plaid, select ACH - Manual verification.
This option takes 3 to 4 business days to complete ACH verification.
After selecting either verification option, fill out your routing number, account number, full bank name, and account type (either Company or Individual), read the authorization text, and click I authorize & add bank account.
Completing manual verification
If you selected ACH - Manual verification in the previous step, Stripe will send two small deposits (less than $1) to your account in the next 3 to 4 business days. When these deposits show up on your statement, come back to your Metrobi dashboard and open the Payment method tab again, and enter those two amounts to complete the verification.
Processing fees
Your monthly subscription fees do not carry a processing fee.
Your delivery fees carry a processing fee depending on the payment method:
2.9% for credit or debit card
0.8% for ACH with a $5 ceiling
Processing fees may be exempt where required by applicable state regulations.
Removing a payment method
You can remove your card or bank account from this tab as long as it is not your default payment method and you have at least one other payment method.
Metrobi never holds your card or bank details. Stripe stores them.
