Your account can book up to a set amount each month. The amount depends on whether you verified your account and on your plan:
Not verified: $100 a month
Verified: $500 a month, and it grows as you use it
Verified, on a support plan: no limit
If you reach $100 without verifying, the KYC prompt comes up. Click Start verification → finish the identity check in the Stripe tab. Your dashboard updates on its own once Stripe approves your documents, which can take a few minutes. To talk to us first, click Contact us.
If you reach your limit after verifying, a message tells you your account has reached its monthly booking limit. A free support period keeps the same limit. To book without one, upgrade to a support plan. See [What is the Metrobi support plan].
