When you start working with Metrobi, you’ll have a subscription plan that gives you access to deliveries with us. Depending on which package you choose, you’ll have more or fewer deliveries with us, and you may have access to different types of vehicles as well.
Why is this important?
If you are not aware of your subscription plan, you will not be able to utilize it to its fullest potential. Additionally, it is essential to know how to upgrade your subscription plan and how to have access to extra deliveries if you have a higher volume than anticipated.
1. Credits system
Our system is based on credits, so every time a delivery is completed, credits will be deducted from your account. Bear in mind that credits expire 30 days after they are purchased.
2. Subscription plan
Your monthly credits depend on your subscription plan, with lower prices per credit for larger plans. To save money, choose a plan that matches your needs rather than buying extra credits. You can modify your subscription plan on the subscription details page, accessible from your dashboard.
3. Each vehicle type has different values
Each time you schedule a delivery, credits will be deducted from your account. The number of credits deducted will depend on the type of vehicle used for delivery. If you use an SUV or a minivan, 1 credit will be deducted; for a van, 2 credits; for a reefer van, 3 credits; and for a box truck, 5 credits.
4. More deliveries than expected
If you run out of credits, just keep booking deliveries, and you'll be charged for the extra credits used one day before your renewal date. This has been recently implemented and will make your life easier as, from now on, you don't have to purchase additional credits every time you need more deliveries.
5. Keep track of your credit balance
On your dashboard, you can navigate to your billing page and access the subscription details. There, you'll be able to view your credit balance and track the number of credits remaining.
