Credits are what you spend to run deliveries with Metrobi. Your plan comes with a number of them, and each delivery costs an amount based on the cargo size you pick:
Extra small, Medium, Large: 1 credit
Cargo van: 2 credits
Metrobi charges the credit when the driver completes the delivery. Booking a route does not use one, so a low balance never stops you from posting a delivery, and a route that never runs never costs you a credit.
Also, we don't charge for routes you assign to your own in-house drivers.
Credits cover the Metrobi service. What you pay the driver is billed separately.
