Setting up your payment methods

One of the first steps you'll need to take when setting up your account and getting ready for your first deliveries is to set up your default payment methods. You are free to select different methods of payment for the driver's payment and Metrobi's subscription plan.

Why is this important?

Different payments have different processing fees. Although we removed 100% of the fees for your monthly Metrobi payment, you will be charged once a week for your driver's payment for the previous week, and because 100% of what you see when creating your delivery goes to the driver, there are additional processing fees that will be added to your invoice: 3% for CC and 0.8% for ACHs.

1. Go to your Billing's page

  • Everything you'll ever need for billing will be there. We are completely transparent about this, and you will have full control and access to all your billing information.

2. Open the Payment Method's tab

  • This tab allows you to select various payment methods for different uses. The Metrobi fee will be charged once a month, and your driver's payment will be charged once a week. It is strongly advised to add an ACH (0.8% processing fee) instead of a credit card (3% processing fee).

3. Add an ACH

  • If you're having trouble adding ACH to Plaid, we have a solution that might work for you. Click "Add a bank account," then "I have problems with Plaid". You will be asked for your account information, which we will manually activate for you.

Following this process is an important step in getting your account set up and fully prepared for your deliveries, so don't hesitate to contact us if you have any questions.
