What should I pay my drivers?

We have default rates already listed for you for each vehicle type based on the average driver's pay in your market. If you feel that your deliveries are standard, you are welcome to keep this rate.

While you may change these rates up or down depending on your own labor needs, we do not recommend dipping too far below the standard default rate, as you may find yourself without a driver on many occasions.

You have two different driver payment options:

  1. Hourly and mileage rates: We recommend this type of driver payment structure for most of our partners to compensate drivers for their time. Especially if they are going to be doing a considerable amount of driving.

  2. Per-stop payment: This payment structure only pays drivers based on how many stops they are completing. This is a great option for customers who have deliveries in very small, condensed areas that don't require your driver to do much driving.
