Metrobi empowers you to tailor your dashboard to your unique preferences, ensuring it meets your specific requirements. Upon logging in, we recommend customizing key features to personalize your experience and optimize your efficiency.

Why is this important?

Tailoring your dashboard to fit your company's unique needs is essential for preventing delivery issues, efficiently finding drivers, and minimizing errors. By customizing your dashboard to your specific requirements, you can leverage all the features of our platform and improve your delivery quality.

1. User Settings

  • On the settings page, you’ll find the User Settings. In case of any delivery-related problems, our team needs to know whom to contact promptly. To ensure smooth deliveries, it's essential to have at least one Ops user available at all times to answer our phone calls promptly. It’s extremely important that we always have one ops user that you know will answer our phone call if any issues come up.

2. Company summary

  • This will be the first message that our driver network sees when considering whether to accept your delivery or not. Please provide a brief statement that helps drivers understand more about the type of cargo they will be transporting.

3. Proof of delivery

  • For every stop on your delivery route, our drivers will add at least one Proof of Delivery (POD). We highly recommend including a delivery photo as one of the options to help us track the contents of the delivery, but you are welcome to choose any two additional options that align with your business needs.

4. Drivers

  • Establishing your own driver network is essential for achieving high-quality deliveries. Use this page to select the top-performing drivers as your preferred choices and to ban drivers who do not align with your business culture.

5. Delivery Settings

  • If you prefer to maintain the established order of your routes and do not wish to optimize them, simply select the checkbox.

  • If the driver is unable to locate the receiver and neither you nor the receiver can be reached by phone, please indicate whether you prefer the driver to return the product to the pickup location or leave it in a secure location and take a photo as proof of delivery.

6. Notifications

  • Please choose which notifications you would like to receive via email. Your options include delivery reminders, reminders to add stops, driver matches, completed deliveries, and wait time fees.

7. Receiver's communications

  • By adding a phone number and/or email address to your stops when creating a delivery, your customers will automatically receive three customized text messages and one email. You can personalize the text to align with your brand and enhance the overall customer experience.

8. Driver’s payment

  • We offer you the flexibility to customize your driver's payment structure according to your unique requirements. While we do provide default values, you can modify them as needed to set up the driver's payment in a way that best suits your business.
