One of the best parts of working with Metrobi is the ability to create your own preferred driver's network. We provide a large network of drivers and give you the tools to create your own network with only the drivers you know and rely on.

Why is this important?

When you deal with the same drivers every week, they get to know your company and are able to deliver your products faster and better than others. They will be people you like and trust to do the work you need done in your own unique way.

1. Choose them to be your preferred drivers

  • If you like a driver and want them to be part of your preferred drivers' team, you can do so on the driver's page available on your dashboard by clicking on the button 'prefer' next to their name. This will add them to your preferred driver’s list and enable them to see your deliveries before others.

2. Rate your drivers and give them feedbacks

  • As soon as the delivery is completed, you will have the opportunity to rate your driver and provide feedback to them by using the rating system available on top of the delivery information displayed on your dashboard. This is extremely important and can greatly assist in expanding your driver's network. Drivers with higher ratings will also receive priority in being assigned to your future deliveries over others.

3. Incentivize the good work

  • You can always add a tip to your driver's payment if he does good work. This is the best way to recognize that he met your expectations and went above and beyond. It will be a clear sign that you appreciate his efforts and would like to work with him again.

4. Educate the driver with your business culture

  • New drivers need to know what is expected of them. Set clear boundaries and let them know that the success of the delivery is dependent on their performance. Explain clearly what you need and expect from them as an important part of your team.

5. If needed, ban the driver from your list

  • If educating your driver doesn't seem to be working, you can go to the driver's page and click to remove them from your network. However, it's not recommended to do this with every driver, as we'll need to send you a new driver who will have to go through the learning process again. But if a driver doesn't align with your company's culture, it's best not to continue working with them.

Building your driver's network is an important factor that will help a lot during the delivery process. Bear in mind that this process might take up to three weeks, but it is the best solution to avoid delivery issues.
