We offer you a large network of drivers, but it is important to create your own team of drivers who will drive with you every day. There is no doubt that incentivizing good behavior is the best way to deal with and educate your driver network. New drivers need to know whether they are performing well or not, and incentivized drivers will be the best in the long term.
Why is this important?
Incentivizing good drivers is critical for improving the overall quality of your driver network. After a few weeks, you'll notice the same good drivers who are already familiar with your business culture and know how to deal with your products in the best way.
1. Let your ops support representative know
Instead of following the next steps by yourself, if you are on the support plan, reach out to your ops support rep and share your thoughts. They’ll listen to you and provide you with the next steps.

2. Rate your driver and give them feedbacks
This might sound simple, but because of the auction system we developed when the driver assigned themselves to a delivery, our drivers really care about their ratings. As soon as your delivery finishes, go to your dashboard, rate your driver, and share your feedback with them.
3. Add a tip to your driver
One of the best ways to understand that you are doing good work and going above and beyond is by receiving a monetary reward. On your delivery, you’ll find three little dots that open a list of options. Click "Change driver’s payment" and add additional compensation to your driver.
4. Reach out to the driver
Although we have many tools to deal with this, you can find your driver’s phone number on your dashboard and easily give him/her a call. Hearing from you that they did what you expected and also exceeded your expectations is still one of the best ways of incentivizing the good work.
You are building a driver’s team here, and they need to be incentivized when they are doing a good job. Follow these steps as soon as a good driver finishes his delivery, and they will understand exactly what you need from them and always be motivated to meet your expectations.
