The preferred driver network is our way of prioritizing your favorite drivers so they have access to your routes before other drivers do. We highly recommend listing drivers you like to work with as Preferred. You can do this by selecting Menu, clicking “Drivers'' and marking drivers as preferred.
When a driver is preferred, they will be prioritized to accept your route before it is sent to the rest of the network. If no one on your preferred driver list is available, it will be sent to the driver network, and drivers will auction for it. The driver with the best rating will get the route.
