Add all the drop-off locations of a route at once from an Excel or CSV file.

Where to upload

Open the delivery route → Add stop and click Bulk upload stops.

You can upload until the driver completes the first stop.

Preparing the file

Use an XLS, XLSX or CSV file with the column names in row 1. Write the full address in one row: street, city, state, zip code and country.

Download a sample file on the upload window shows the shape that needs no mapping at all: Address, Address line 2, Recipient name, Business name, Email, Phone number, Deliver after, Deliver before, Delivery instructions, Order ids.

Matching your columns

Drag each of your columns onto a Metrobi field, then click Check. Address, Recipient name and a phone number or email are required.

Reviewing the addresses

If a row shows Looks good, the address was found. If it shows Click here to make an address correction, click the row and fix the address.

Splitting one file between deliveries

First, create the delivery routes and upload all the stops into one of them.

Go to Daily view → ⋮ menu and click Multi route optimization.

Tick the routes, set Max number of stops for any route with a limit, and click Distribute. Metrobi splits the stops between the routes and optimizes them together.
