Assuming each of your deliveries only includes one stop, you can pass the full delivery cost to your customer by including the delivery fee plus the cost of one credit.

  1. Calculate the Cost of One Credit
Go to your billing page and calculate the cost of a single credit by dividing your total monthly subscription by the number of credits you receive.

  2. Adjust Settings in Zapiet
Open your Zapiet settings, then go to Last Mile Delivery > Metrobi.

  3. Add a flat amount
On this page, you can set a flat amount handling fee to be added to the delivery value shown to customers. This way, they will be charged for the delivery cost plus the cost of one credit, covering the full cost of using Metrobi.

*Tip: If your deliveries typically include multiple stops, calculate the average number of stops per delivery and adjust the fixed fee accordingly. For example, if you average 5 stops per delivery and your cost per credit is $40, you can add an $8 handling fee. This way, your customers will fully cover the delivery costs.
