Managing Stops in Your Route: Adding, Editing, and Deleting

Can you add/edit/delete stops?

  1. Yes. When wanting to make an edit to your route, such as adding, deleting, or editing a stop, first select the route you want to make these changes to. You can find this on the right-hand side of the screen under “Upcoming Deliveries”. Once you select the route you want to edit, a more detailed view of the route will populate on the right side of the screen. There you can find the vertical ellipsis ( . . .) on the upper left-hand corner of the route next to “show map”.

  2. Select the (. . .) and from there you can:

    1. Edit a stop

    2. Add a Stop (don’t forget to hit Optimize).

    3. Distribute the stops between multiple drivers

    4. Move the stops to another driver

    5. Delete all stops

    6. Cancel Driver Request (there is a cancellation fee if done within 24 hours of scheduled pickup)
