Can you add/edit/delete stops?
Yes. When wanting to make an edit to your route, such as adding, deleting, or editing a stop, first select the route you want to make these changes to. You can find this on the right-hand side of the screen under “Upcoming Deliveries”. Once you select the route you want to edit, a more detailed view of the route will populate on the right side of the screen. There you can find the vertical ellipsis ( . . .) on the upper left-hand corner of the route next to “show map”.
Select the (. . .) and from there you can:
Edit a stop
Add a Stop (don’t forget to hit Optimize).
Distribute the stops between multiple drivers
Move the stops to another driver
Delete all stops
Cancel Driver Request (there is a cancellation fee if done within 24 hours of scheduled pickup)
